During the online Plenary of the 28^th of February 2023, the European Data Protection Board adopted Opinion 5/2023 on the European Commission Draft Implementing Decision on the adequate protection of personal data under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

In this context, we mention that on 13.12.2022, the European Commission published the Project Decision on the New General EU-USA Framework, based on which the personal data transfers will be performed (which will replace the previous agreement knows as the privacy Shield invalidated by the European Court of Justice in the Schrems II Case from 2020).
