EDPD Plenary – July 2022
During the European Data Protection Board Plenary, held remotely on 12th of July 2022, the EDPB-EDPS Joint Opinion 03/2022 on the Proposal for a Regulation on the European Health Data Space was adopted.
Through this document it was recommended the strengthen of the data subjects’ rights through clear provisions and the attention was drawn on the subsequent use of the data.
