EDPB Plenary – February 2022
Within the Plenary of the European Data Protection Board, held remotely in February 2022, the final form of the Guidelines 04/2021 on Codes of Conduct as tools for transfers (version after the public consultation) was adopted.
Through this document it is intended to clarify the application of the provisions of Article 40 paragraph (3) and Article 46 paragraph (2) letter e) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
