EDPB Plenary

Within the European Data Protection Board Plenary, held remotely on 9^th of March 2021, mainly, the following documents were adopted:

• Guidelines 09/2020 on relevant and reasoned objection under Regulation 2016/679 (final version after public consultation);
• Guidelines 01/2020 on connected vehicles (link) (version after public consultation);
• Guidelines 02/2021 on Virtual Voice Assistants (version for public consultation until 23.04.2021);
• EDPB-EDPS Joint Opinion 03/2021 on the Proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on European data governance (Data Governance Act);
• Statement on the ePrivacy Regulation (link).
